I'm Neema, "The Non-Judgmental Vegan™," and I'm on a mission to help people add more years to their lives, and more LIFE to their years. Throughout my adult life, I've researched nutrition and various diets; and now, I'm excited to share what's worked for me with you.
I believe that wellness is a journey in which you consciously choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness; it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle that takes into account the whole person in the approach to well-being.
As women, we tend to put others' needs ahead of our own. Make the decision today to prioritize your health and wellness, put yourself first, take charge of your life, manage stress, and reduce illness. You're worth it! Prevention is key and HEALTH IS WEALTH! In order to live a higher quality of life, and maintain optimal wellness, being proactive is best. When the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, it's like a symphony! And we're able to pour from our overflow, rather than from deficit. Everything we think, feel, and do connects to our well-being and directly affects us as well as our loved ones.
I love helping people to create healing and harmony in their lives by integrating a holistic well-being approach that addresses the whole person.
