I'm Neema, "The Non-Judgmental Vegan™," and I'm on a mission to help women add more years to their lives, and more LIFE to their years. Throughout my adult life, I've researched nutrition and practiced a healthy lifestyle; now, I'm excited to share what's worked for me with you.
I believe that wellness is a journey in which you consciously choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness; it is an intentional process of change and growth towards a mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically healthy lifestyle that takes into account the whole person.
As women, we tend to put others' needs ahead of our own. Make the decision today to prioritize your health and wellness, manage stress, put yourself first, and take charge of your life. You're worth it! Prevention is key and HEALTH IS WEALTH! In order to live a higher quality of life, and maintain optimal wellness, being proactive is best. When the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, it's like a symphony, and we're able to pour from our overflow, rather than from deficit. Everything we think, feel, and do connects to our well-being and directly affects us as well as our loved ones.
I love helping women to invite healing and harmony into their lives by taking an integrated approach that addresses your authority as a co-creator. My group coaching program is specifically for women on the path of transformation who are ready to implement a healthier, holistic plant-based lifestyle of esteemable practices so that they can live a life of joy, vitality, and radical self-love. By the end of my program, you'll possess knowledge to confidently prepare plant-based meals, have a variety of tasty plant-based options sure to please even picky eaters, embody more energy, and be a more informed shopper.
